German Cheese – Infographic Series #1

About one third of the total of all European produced cheeses are cheeses produced in Germany. In our two-part blog series about German cheeses we will describe the various commonly produced and used German cheeses.

In the first post, we will talk about the colour and texture of the following cheeses namely Brandkase, Elbing, Berliner Kuhkase, Altenburger, Bierkase, Holsteiner Magerkase, Hopfenkase, Kaiserkase, Schlosskase Bismarck, Kaiserkase, Reichkase, Romadurkase and Schimmelkase cheeses.
